We ensure that products will not arrive DOA (dead on arrival). In the unlikely event of a DOA piece please contact us immediately. Replacements will be sent by manufacturers (subject to their terms). A demo/used or clearance piece will be replaced, repaired, or returned (your choice). All DOA claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

Trade Ins:

We consider equipment trade-ins equipment towards the purchase of new products at an individual basis. We are very selective of what we will accommodate, but we will also provide more value towards your gear than you might find elsewhere! All trade-ins must be received by Bliss Hifi before you receive your equipment. If it is not received prior, we reserve the right to charge you for the difference in the purchase price or cancel and refund your order.

New Items:

Due to the high value of the products that we sell all new items are considered "special order" items and are not returnable. In many cases these "special order" items are built on a per order basis and therefore deposits are taken at the time of the order. Once the deposit has been accepted the item on order is non-cancelable. All new items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not Bliss Hifi.

Demo/Preowned and Clearance Items:

Any demo/preowned/clearance items are sold on an “as is” basis and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However we offer generous upgrade and trade in programs. Some used gear offers transferable warranties and others don’t, please inquire about the specific item you are purchasing.

Shipping Damage Claims:

Any and all claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately and noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
