Frankly, the Stratos boasts no exotic materials or “breakthrough” technologies. It simply sounds wonderful, especially considering the price. The stereo imaging is illuminating. The midrange is organic with a natural tonal balance. Even with this rich, textured sound, it still manages to excel with huge dynamic range and explosive transients. The Stratos will have you listening for hours on end.
