Mounted to it is a solid 5/8-inch aircraft-grade aluminum baffle that locks the drivers in place and leaves only the cones in motion. The LC2 is a two-way standmount featuring dual-chamber aperiodic tweeters, a high-definition cast-basket bass/midrange driver, and dual inertially-balanced passive sub-bass radiators that extend low-frequency output to 40 Hz without a port. The crossover is precision-engineered with high-end internal wiring throughout. What the listener hears is a holographic, three-dimensional soundstage, where instruments occupy distinct positions in space, dynamics arrive with conviction, and the room seems to expand well beyond the speaker’s compact footprint.
