I own Bliss Hifi, a high-end audio boutique based in Minnesota. This Shunyata Delta NR power cable is in on consignment from one of my local clients. It is 1.75M in length (standard) with a 15A C15 IEC connector. The cable is in excellent condition with minimal wear and in perfect working order. Single owner, purchased in 2021.
The cable comes with its original case, packaging, and paperwork.
The original Delta NR was the entry point to Shunyata’s Reference NR power cable line, and it punches remarkably hard for its position in the hierarchy. It uses the same medical-grade noise-reduction technology found in the higher-tier NR cables, delivering greater-than-12dB noise reduction at 1MHz using circuits developed by Shunyata’s medical division, Clear Image Scientific, for cardiology and neurosurgery imaging systems. The difference between the Delta and the models above it comes down to conductor gauge and materials, not to the quality of the noise-reduction circuit itself. In practice, the Delta NR on a source component produces an immediately audible drop in the noise floor and a cleaner, more composed presentation. If you are building out a full Shunyata NR power cable loom and the budget does not allow for Alpha or Sigma on every outlet, the Delta NR is a smart way to extend noise reduction across the entire system without compromise where it counts.
