I own Bliss Hifi, a high-end audio boutique based in Minnesota. This Aurender ACS10 music server and CD ripper is in on consignment from one of my local clients. It is the black finish with 16TB of internal storage (2 x 8TB HDDs). The 16TB configuration ships from the factory in RAID 1 (mirrored), which provides 8TB of usable storage with a full backup on the second drive. RAID 1 can be user-disabled to access the full 16TB if preferred. It is a single-owner unit in good condition (7/10) that has been well cared for, though it does show some wear on the top plate and front corners consistent with use in a dedicated system over time. Still, it presents beautifully from a few feet away and is in perfect working order. The owner has also kept their high resolution music library on the unit, consisting of many great albums across jazz and pop/rock.
The unit comes with its original box. Original paperwork and internal foam are not available. The unit will be packed securely in the original box with third-party foam to ensure safe transit.
The ACS10 is the Swiss Army knife of the Aurender lineup. It rips CDs, stores your library, manages your metadata, streams from Tidal and Qobuz, and outputs to your DAC via an isolated USB connection that shares its circuit design with the N10. Any one of those functions alone would justify a dedicated component. Having all of them in a single, well-integrated box with Aurender’s build quality and software ecosystem is what makes the ACS10 special. The CD ripping engine is genuinely excellent, producing bit-perfect, error-corrected rips with automatic metadata and cover art retrieval that rival or surpass what you can achieve with a computer and dedicated ripping software. For anyone with a large CD collection that has not yet been digitized, the ACS10 removes every excuse not to do it. As a standalone server and streamer, it performs slightly above the N100H level and delivers a clean, composed, musically engaging presentation. Where it really shines is as the central hub of a multi-Aurender system, using SmartMerge to share its library with a W20SE or N20 handling playback duties. That is exactly how this client ran his system, pairing the ACS10 with the W20SE that is also available from this collection.
There are currently three Aurender units listed from the same client, along with several other pieces from this collection. Take a look through our preowned listings to see them all.
Happy to answer any questions. Thanks for your consideration.

More about the unit:
The Aurender ACS10 is Aurender’s signature content server, designed to consolidate CD ripping, library management, metadata editing, network-attached storage, and high-performance digital audio output into a single component. It was built to eliminate the need for computers, NAS drives, and third-party ripping software in a file-based playback system. The ACS10 features an industrial-grade TEAC tray-loading CD-ROM drive paired with Aurender’s custom-engineered CD ripping engine, which produces bit-perfect, error-corrected rips in FLAC, WAV, or AIFF codecs with automatic metadata and cover art retrieval. AccurateRip technology ensures error-free results. For large archival projects, the ACS10 supports the Acronova Nimbie AutoLoader (sold separately) for unattended batch ripping of up to 100 CDs. Internal storage is provided by dual 3.5-inch HDDs, available in 16TB (2 x 8TB) or 24TB (2 x 12TB) configurations. The factory default is RAID 1 (mirroring), which can be user-disabled to access full storage capacity. A 240GB SSD cache handles playback buffering. The ACS10’s USB Audio Class 2.0 output is physically and electrically isolated from the CPU board, with audio output quality equivalent to the Aurender N10. The unit is powered by a full linear power supply paired with a supercapacitor-based uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that safely shuts down the unit during power outages. Three Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports allow the ACS10 to function as a network switch, with one port featuring Aurender’s double-isolation design for superior noise rejection. SmartMerge allows the ACS10 to share its library with a networked W20, W20SE, N10, N20, A10, N100H, N100C, or X100L, combining both libraries into one unified view within the Conductor app. Additional connectivity includes one USB 2.0 port (front panel) and one USB 3.0 port (rear panel) for external drives and fast file transfers. The ACS10 supports PCM up to 786kHz/32-bit, DSD up to DSD256 via DoP, and native DSD up to DSD512. Optional MQA Core Decoder software is available via in-app purchase. Streaming services include Tidal, Qobuz, and Spotify Connect, managed through the Aurender Conductor app (iPad, Android, smartphone). The dedicated ACS Manager companion app handles ripping preferences, metadata editing, duplicate detection, and library organization. Dimensions: 16.9 x 3.8 x 14 inches. Weight: 27 lbs.
