I own Bliss Hifi, a high-end audio boutique based in Minnesota. This Wireworld Gold Electra 5² power cable is in on consignment from one of my local clients. It is a 4M length with a 15A C13 IEC connector. The cable is in excellent condition with minor wear on the connectors and in perfect working order. This is the Gold Electra 5², Wireworld’s former flagship power conditioning cord, now discontinued and succeeded through several generations by the current Series 10 lineup (original MSRP for 1.5M was $2,595; a 4M length commanded a significant premium, discontinued).

The cable comes with its original box and packaging.

The Gold Electra 5² was the cable that sat at the very top of Wireworld’s power cord lineup, and its distinguishing feature was simple: pure silver conductors. Not silver-plated copper, not silver-clad copper, but solid silver. That conductor purity, combined with Wireworld’s flat Fluxfield geometry, produced a power cord that functioned as a genuine power line filter without introducing the current-limiting compression that plagues many filtered designs. David Salz, Wireworld’s chief designer, developed the Fluxfield geometry as a coiled conductor design that exploits inductive and capacitive filtering effects to pass only the 50/60Hz AC power signal while rejecting high-frequency interference. The flat profile and remarkable flexibility of the Gold Electra make it easy to route and manage, which is a welcome contrast to the thick, rigid power cords that dominate the high-end market.
