I own Bliss Hifi, a high-end audio boutique based in Minnesota. These IsoAcoustics Orea Indigo isolation footers are in on consignment from one of my local clients. Seven are available and priced individually. The footers are in very good condition with some signs of use on the rubber decouplers, and all are in perfect working order. The Orea Indigo supports equipment up to 16 lbs (7.2 kg) per footer. Three or four footers are typically used per component.
Original boxes are not available.
The Orea Indigo sits in the middle of the Orea lineup, supporting up to 16 lbs per footer and handling components up to 48 lbs with three footers or 64 lbs with four. That range covers the majority of DACs, preamplifiers, CD players, turntables, and smaller amplifiers. The Orea series uses the same patented isolation technology found in IsoAcoustics’ acclaimed GAIA speaker feet, which have earned Stereophile Product of the Year honors and near-universal praise from reviewers and recording engineers worldwide. The principle is simple: decouple the component from its supporting surface to eliminate vibrations traveling in both directions. Shelf vibrations stop traveling up into the component, and the component’s own internally generated vibrations stop traveling down into the shelf and rack where they can affect neighboring equipment. The improvement in clarity, focus, and background silence is consistently audible and easy to demonstrate. Selecting the right Orea model for your component’s weight matters, as the internal elastomer structure is tuned for a specific weight range. Having seven available means you can outfit two components at once. IsoAcoustics Orea Bronze footers from the same client are also available for lighter components.

The IsoAcoustics Orea Indigo is the second-highest-capacity model in the Orea Series of equipment isolation footers, designed by IsoAcoustics in Ontario, Canada. Each Orea Indigo supports up to 16 lbs (7.2 kg), with three or four footers recommended per component depending on weight distribution. Total weight capacity is 48 lbs with three footers and 64 lbs with four. The Orea series uses the same patented isolation technology found in IsoAcoustics’ GAIA speaker feet and the ISO Series professional studio monitor stands used in facilities including Abbey Road Studios, Skywalker Ranch, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The patented internal structure provides isolation in both vertical and horizontal planes while resisting lateral movement and oscillations. The design manages energy transfer between the component and its supporting surface in both directions: it prevents floor and shelf-borne vibrations from reaching the component, and prevents the component’s own internally generated vibrations from coupling into the supporting furniture and affecting neighboring equipment. The Orea is orientation-specific: the IsoAcoustics logo should face forward (or be rotated 180 degrees) to align the internal isolation structure with the component’s primary axis. The Orea Indigo is constructed with a machined stainless steel housing with an indigo-colored identification ring on the bottom isolator denoting the model and weight capacity. The upper flange provides a suction-cup-like effect that adheres to the underside of the component, while the lower flange adheres to the supporting surface. The Orea series is available in four weight capacities: Graphite (up to 4 lbs/1.8 kg per footer), Bronze (up to 8 lbs/3.6 kg), Indigo (up to 16 lbs/7.2 kg), and Bordeaux (up to 32 lbs/14.4 kg).
